The Bewdley School is a Foundation School. Applications for school places for Year 7 must be made online here by the published deadline. The normal Pupil Admission Number (PAN) for the school is 168 in a given year group, though this sometimes increases with demand when numbers in the area are large. The school holds an Open Evening in September each year for the benefit of students making the transition from Primary School.

Parents and carers who are considering an in-year admission may wish to arrange a visit to the school. Either phone and ask to speak to Lynne Oliver, PA to the Head Teacher, or email LOL@bewdley.worcs.sch.uk. Prospective students are given the opportunity to tour the school with their parents or carers and meet the Head of Year.

To request to go on the waiting list, please contact LOL@bewdley.worcs.sch.uk. The waiting list is ranked according to our admissions criteria, and once on the list, it is the parent/carer responsibility to re-express their interest each term.
