YOUNG ENTERPRISE

Young Enterprise helps young entrepreneurs test their business ideas. With expert help from local businesses you and your team are given the chance to run your own business.

GOLD DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARD

Test yourself learn how to help your community, become fitter and plan and go on an expedition. This is recognised and valued award by universities and employers alike.

OPERATION WALLACEA

Join a team and complete real scientific research alongside university academics. In 2021 our team travel to the Dominican Republic.

GOLD CREST AWARD

This award is a chance for students to complete a project which makes an original contribution to a STEM field of study.

STUDENT SHADOWING DAYS

These days are designed to give students an insight into university life. Universities such as Oxford offer students the opportunity to shadow an undergraduate student for the day, attend lectures and seminars and gain an understanding of a chosen university course.

THE DISCOVERY SOCIETY

With guest lecturers from a wide range of fields and opportunities to complete research – this is an exciting new addition to the Sixth Form super curricular offer.
