Design Technology Year 10 & 11

Year 10 & 11 Design Technology

NEA Module
The major Design and make task that constitutes 50% of the final GCSE Grade. This is known as the NEA or Non – Examined Assessment. .
The exam board will provide details of this every year from the 1st June.
Theory work
Ongoing throughout years 10 and 11, Students will be given the knowledge to undertake the written examination at the end of year11. Lessons will be practical and theoretical so that learning is underpinned in all they do.
The exam will represent 50% of the final GCSE grade.
