It is a characteristic of The Bewdley Sixth Form that students follow a broad and diverse range of future pathways, which is indicative of the individually tailored support which students receive to support them in reaching their goals. Our ‘Next Steps Conference,’ combined with our exceptional tutoring support, ensures that all students passions are identified and they are supported in shaping their curriculum to their aspirations and become the architects of their own futures. Each year an increasing number of our students apply for university study through UCAS, with on average 88% of these going on to study at their first choice of university. This is not the preferred route for everyone, however, and our students have been equally successful in securing apprenticeships, as well as going into employment.
