The Bewdley School is proud to announce the launch of Remote Access, Remote Access allows students to login and access not only all of their school work, but also access the schools extensive range of software packages. Remote Access works on range of platforms including Windows, Apple iOS, Apple OS and Android devices.
Network Manager Mr Whordley said ‘This is a fantastic tool, that will enable students to work on homework, coursework and projects while away from school. This will give students opportunities they have previously not had, allowing them to do work from basically anywhere in the world with an internet connection.’
Remote Access not only works from home, but it will also allow students to convert their own personal device into a school computer when within school.
To Access Remote access:
Visit www.bewdley.worcs.sch.uk
Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Connect to Bewdley’
Click Remote Access
Open the file
Enter username and password used to login to school computers
Press OK
For students who are using Apple or Android devices, please select the Android or Apple option and download the required app. Once downloaded please contact the IT Support team, who will provide details to access.
